| The committee last met on 22 October 1996. The next meeting is due to be held in April 1997.
Mr Anthony Ketley stood down as the convenor of APSIG at the end of 1996 and has been replaced by Mr John Brudenall. Ms Robyn Stokes' and Dr Helen Jarvis' terms on the committee ended in 1996. Ms Amelia McKenzie and Mr Alex Byrne have been elected to fill the vacancies.
Issues to be discussed at the next meeting include ALIA sectional membership of IFLA, the outcomes of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) meeting and the proposed policy statement on ALIA and International Relations. |
