A revised version of the strategic plan is attached for consideration by General Council. The comments provided by ALIA divisions following the July 1996 General Council meeting have been considered in producing this version. Some of those comments were particularly valuable. The executive director will provide a presentation which outlines the evolution of this plan and indicate how it can be utilised for planning purposes by our divisions. |
