| Recommendations of the report Secondary research on perceptions of library workers and libraries were presented to the March 1998 meeting of General Council. At this meeting General Council requested that the recommendations of the report be presented in spreadsheet format to the July meeting so that General Council could further consider areas where assistance in marketing the profession could be sought.
The recommendations in the report cover four main areas which are subdivided further into recommendations for action and suggested methods of implementation. This is represented in tabular form in the attached document to assist General Council's considerations of a further course of action. |
