GC Online is an initiative developed by staff of the Association's National Office to better distribute ALIA General Council agenda and meeting papers to ALIA General Councillors and divisions.
This page is the primary "Home" page for ALIA GC Online, and is the starting point for most searches of papers and agendas. Links from this page lead to indexes of agenda papers (and the papers themselves), meeting minutes, and a chronology of papers posted. Over time, a search engine specific to this segment of ALIAnet will be implemented. ALIA General Council meets three times per year, generally at ALIA House in Canberra. Meeting agendas are determined one month prior to the meeting being held. Some agenda items are to be discussed in camera - the papers for these items will not appear here.
