- all payments must be made in Australian dollars, and must accompany renewal or new subscription
- subscriptions are for the period 1 July 2002 - 30 June 2003
- no discounts are available to subscription agents
- GST is payable on all deliveries made to Australian addresses, even if ordered by an overseas subscription agent
- overseas subscribers ordering on their own behalf should pay the subscription only rate above
- no refunds are possible following cancellation by subscriber or agent
- claim period is six months from date of publication (twelve months for overseas subscribers)
- * GST is payable by Australian subscription agents ordering on behalf of overseas clients and 10 per cent must be added to the above overseas rate
* Please note that journals must be paid for in full with this order form and cannot be paid using the direct debit system now offered with ALIA membership fees.
